Ozone Coffee

Owned by two brothers (specifically, the Bae brothers — hence the name), Chur Bae is hidden away in City Works Depot in a space decked out in wood and occasional injections of green (leafy plants and forest banquettes). While the breakfast menu is more or less standard fare, the lunch offerings show off Chur Bae’s Korean influence: there’s a version of bibim-myeon, a cold noodle dish tossed with a gochujang sauce; a schnitzel slathered with a Korean take on demi-glace; and a slow-braised beef rib (galbi-jjim). There are also sandos in the cabinet if you’re after a quicker lunch — but we’d recommend taking your time here, especially since you’ve found yourself in such a nice space.
