E-Sarn Thai restaurant in Henderson
We have often wondered whether it is possible to make a definitive count of restaurants in Auckland. Thousands, surely. It’s understandable, then, that despite our best research efforts there are still some (perhaps many?) great ones that manage to evade our attention. One such gem is Sa-On, an E-Sarn Thai restaurant in Henderson. When we visited, we went with a pretty meat-heavy order of curries and stir-fries and barbeque; all dishes came out fragrant and spicy and just the right amount of sweet. It was one of the most vibrant and delicious meals of this year’s judging.
