You’ll see quite an array of Metro stickers displayed in a neat row near Ramen Do’s entrance, a testament to how various Metro food writers across the ages have had at least one thing in common: we all love Ramen Do. Sadly, the joint has had to scale down a lot recently, resulting in a shrunken menu and shrunken service (you have to order via a screen, rather than with a server), but the chef working away at the back over those huge pots hasn’t gone anywhere, so you’ll still get the same quality broth as always.
