Although Paasha is surrounded by stiff competition on Dominion Rd, if we had to pick one place on the strip to eat at for the rest of our lives, Paasha would be in serious contention. That’s because it’s so easy to like, and we always seem to be in the mood for it — flavoursome, charred meats marinated in spices, balanced out with tabouli, hummus and salad, served in wraps, or a pita pocket, or on rice, or on chips. So many options! Sauces are handmade, and that quality is evident (their hot chilli is excellent). Finish with a piece of baklava, and you’re golden.
