The owners of JadeTown know how unfamiliar people can be with their food — so much so they put an explanation at the beginning of the menu that spans a range from stir-fry lamb with naan to baked meat pies and roasted hanging kebabs. There’s a lot of lamb, cooked in many different preparations, so we’d recommend starting there — but there’s grilled fish, prawn skewers and plenty of chicken, too.
