The gem of the upper Queen St Korean cluster
Located amid the huddle of Korean restaurants near the top of Queen St, K.Soup is a little gem of a place that has the best pork-bone soup (gamjatang) you’ll find this side of the bridge. The bones are very meaty, and there’s so much stuff in the cauldron that it may be difficult to navigate everything (don’t worry, they give you a side plate to put the bones on). The soup is also a bit thicker and more concentrated than what you may be used to, but gets milkier the longer the bones are in there. We’re also partial to their seafood tofu soup.
