À la carte choices range from authentic Chinese cuisine, to the finest selection of live seafood, freshly prepared by our skilled Chefs.

Our Head Chef Hua has a wealth of experience having worked in kitchens in China, Hong Kong and now here at Jade Dragon. Coupled with our Restaurant Manager Julia and her friendly and attentive team, your dining experience will be a memorable one.

The restaurant offers two private dining rooms, intimate booth seating and a sophisticated guest reception area. Decoration throughout, is a sensitive balance of traditional Chinese and contemporary motifs.

A specially commissioned dragon sculpture acts as an impressive centrepiece to complement a delightful and delicious Chinese dining experience.
