Finalist, best drinks list

Seemingly always busy, Andiamo does a very good job of being most things to most people. The winelist is justifiably famous, with all sorts of curiosities and Old World treats. And while the food menu isn’t trying to be the most exciting in town, there are plenty of very tasty options to suit both first-timers and the Herne Bay residents for whom the place is their local. There’s an air of extreme comfort here, due in no small part to the relaxed state of those locals. Service is excellent; whether helping you through that winelist or otherwise assisting you, the staff seem proud to be working here. If you’re lucky and the weather is right, try to nab an outside table — those locals make for good eye candy, and in that afternoon-evening sunshine, it’s easy to find yourself staying much longer than you’ve planned.
